Brutality of SFRY Constitutional Court on law and the Constitution

Ljubljana, 23 October - Form October 16th, according to the decision of the Slovene Assembly, Dr. Ivan Kristan ended his participation at the federal Constitutional Court. At the today's press conference, Dr. Kristan presented the balance of the work of the SFRY Constitutional Court, which after the independence of Slovenia and Croatia does not have any right to interfere with the matters of this two republics.
