Euro Elections: Analysts Say "Something Going On" in Electorate
Ljubljana, 13 June - Columnist Miha Kovac is unsure whether the good showing of conservative parties as indicated by exit polls indicates a "swing to the right" in Slovenia. Fact is that right-of-centre parties got far more votes than at the last general elections in 2000, he told POP TV, but stressed that the distribution of the votes within the left and the right is more interesting for general elections in the autumn.
