Army fires on a private German yacht in Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik, 27 October - According to the authorities of the port of Dubrovnik, the Yugoslav army opened fire yesterday on the German luxury yacht Tortuga. With help from the European observers mission, the owner of the yacht, the German citizen Helmut Wollmannshauser, obtained permission from the Yugoslav military authorities to sail out of the port of Gruž. But when the yacht left the harbor, it was first fired at and then intercepted by a patrol boat of the Yugoslav navy and forced to sail into occupied Cavtat. There are no informations from Cavtat about the fate of the German yacht or its owner, and his wife, who was also aboard.
