Army fires on a private German yacht in Dubrovnik

With help from the European observers mission, the owner of the yacht, the German citizen Helmut Wollmannshauser, obtained permission from the Yugoslav military authorities to sail out of the port of Gruž. But when the yacht left the harbor, it was first fired at and then intercepted by a patrol boat of the Yugoslav navy and forced to sail into occupied Cavtat.
