Semperit and Sava are establishing a mixed company

Ljubljana, 30 October - At the today's meeting with the President of Slovenian Chamber of Trade Mr. Feri Horvat, the management bodies of the Austrian company Semperit and Sava from Kranj, agreed to establish a joint company with the Austrian partner having the majority share.
