First Slovenian Judge Sworn in at EU Court

Luxembourg, 7 July - Verica Trstenjak, the first Slovenian to serve as judge at the EU Court of First Instance in Luxembourg, was sworn in in Slovenian language on Wednesday. Trstenjak thus started a term in office which is to end on 31 August 2007.
