Miro Petek Testifies in Trial Against His Attackers

Murska Sobota, 8 July - Seven witnesses were heard on Thursday in the trial of alleged attackers of beaten journalist Miro Petek. Among them was also Petek himself who described the attack that occurred on 28 February 2001. He reiterated his belief that the attack was a direct result of his writing about corruption in companies in the Korosko region.
