Zavarovalnica Triglav's Suit Only a Plaster, Delo Writes

Ljubljana, 20 July - Former CEO of Zavarovalnica Trigav Nada Klemencic and the former chair of supervisory board Milan Marolt must be punished because they decided to pay out rewards to the management board between 1999 and 2002 without the approval of the supervisory board, decided the shareholders of Slovenia's biggest insurer. However, the decision for the lawsuit, with which Triglav and consequently the state hope to get back the lost billion, goes only halfway, Delo writes.
