Ljubljana, 2 August - Foreign Minister Ivo Vajgl has expressed condolences to his Paraguayan counterpart Leila Rachid Cowles over a fire at a shopping centre in Asuncion that claimed the lives of more than 300 people, the Foreign Ministry said Monday.
