Financial Company to Take Over Leading Department Store

Ljubljana, 5 August - The financial company Maksima Holding published Thursday an acquisition bid for 2,221 shares of company Emona Maximarket, the owner of one of the largest Ljubljana department stores. With a successful bid, Maksima Holding will own at least 25 percent plus one share of Maximarket.
