TV Slovenija: Croatia Proposed Agreement on Avoiding Police Control

Ljubljana, 9 August - The meeting co-chairs of the standing commission for the implementation of the Slovenia-Croatia border cooperation agreement failed last Friday because Croatia proposed the two governments adopt an agreement on avoiding police control in the fisheries area. This was unacceptable to Slovenia, the Slovenian co-chair of the commission, Aleksander Gerzina, told the public broadcaster Monday.
