Zavarovalnica Triglav Files Suit against Former CEO
Ljubljana, 17 August - The management of Zavarovalnica Triglav has filed lawsuits against its former CEO Nada Klemencic and former supervisory board chief Milan Marolt. The management is pressing for the payment of over EUR 3.75m of damages the pair allegedly caused to the insurer by paying out lavish rewards to the management.
