Hop Harvest Beginning, Some 2,500 Tonnes to be Collected

Žalec, 22 August - Slovenian hop growers are scheduled to begin their harvest on Monday, expecting to collect some 2,500 tonnes of the crop - which is dried and used in beer and medicine making - until the end of the harvest in mid September.
