Government Rejects Interpellation Claims

Ljubljana, 31 August - The government rejected allegations voiced by the opposition in parliament on Tuesday. According to PM Anton Rop, Slovenia has made significant steps forward in the past four years and things changed for the better in virtually all areas. If the opposition's claims were substantiated, the European Commission would not name Slovenia the best prepared EU candidate, Rop stressed.
