PRISTINA, Serbia-Montenegro - Foreign Minister Ivo Vajgl is to pay a visit to Kosovo, during which he is to open the Slovenian liaison office at the United Nations Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK). Vajgl is to meet Kosovar President Ibrahim Rugova, interim PM Bayram Rexhepi, the head of UNMIK Soeren Jessen-Petersen, and the head of the OSCE mission to the province Pascal Fieschi. (STA)
LJUBLJANA - Legislators are to continue the extraordinary session debating the interpellation motion against the government at 10 AM. MPs are also expected to take a vote on the demand to hold a referendum on the systemic bill on the erased. (STA)
LJUBLJANA - Canada's Chief of Defence Staff, General Raymond Henault is to meet Defence Minister Anton Grizold and members of the parliamentary defence committee on the second day of his official visit. A press statement is to be given by General Henault and the Slovenian Chief-of-Staff, Major General Ladislav Lipic at 12:30. (STA)
SKOPJE, Macedonia - Europe Minister Milan M. Cvikl is to visit Macedonia to officially present the twinning project with Macedonia that Slovenia won at a call issued by the European Agency for Reconstruction, CARDS 2000.
LJUBLJANA - A Serbian Health Ministry delegation headed by Minister Tomica Milosavljevic is to arrive for a two-day working visit. Topping their agenda will be talks with Slovenian counterparts about health care services.
LJUBLJANA - The Liberal Democrats (LDS) are to hold a press conference at 1:30 PM ahead of Thursday's congress that will discuss the party's election manifesto.
LJUBLJANA - The annual conference of the European Group of Public Administration is to open at the Ljubljana Faculty of Administration. Debates on EU enlargement and its influence on national administrations will be underway until 4 September.
LJUBLJANA - A press conference is to be held at 10 AM ahead of the 19th Biennial of Industrial Design.
