Triple Murder Conviction Upheld by Higher Court
Ljubljana, 3 February - The Higher Court in Ljubljana on Thursday turned down Ivan Peric's appeal against his conviction for the murder of his mother, step-father, and step-brother. Peric's attorney has already announced he will appeal the ruling at the Supreme Court.
