Govt Makes Public Tender Obligatory for Confidential Contracts

Ljubljana, 24 February - The government has amended a regulation on weaponry, military gear, special technology and confidential contracting to exclude contracts on passports and registration stickers from the confidentiality clause. The manufacturers of passports will thus be eligible for public tender.
