Austrian State Treaty Not Implemented, Says Conference

Ljubljana, 10 May - Even 50 years after it was signed, the Austrian State Treaty has not been fully implemented yet, agreed participants of Tuesday's debate in Ljubljana. However, Austrian Ambassador Velentin Inzko believes that the status of the Slovenian minority can nevertheless be described in terms of "moderate optimism".
