Prosecutor's Office Provides Explanation on Ribicic Case
Ljubljana, 27 May - After some law experts suggested that Mitja Ribicic could not be prosecuted for genocide as this was not categorised as crime at the time he was suspected of committing it, the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office quoted international documents under which the former Communist official could be tried.
