Business with Securities in the European Way

Ljubljana, 13 May - The guidelines of the European Community, the comparatively undeveloped local securities market and the aim to establish a system similar to that in developed Western countries were the main starting points when preparing the proposal for the Act on Securities and its outline, said government adviser Drago Kolman at a press conference held after the government session.
