A letter to Mr. Cyrus Vance

Ljubljana, 8 March - Drago Demšar, Niko Grafenauer and Primož Simoniti sent a letter to the Special Envoy of the UN Secretary Mr. Cyrus Vance in which they expressed their dissatisfaction towards Mr. Vance's visit to the former Federal Secretary of Defence in former Yugoslavia, Veljko Kadijević.
