The legal succession of Yugoslavia: solely the equality among the successors!

Ljubljana, 8 March - Lord Carrington did not reveal any agenda for discussion in his invitation to the tomorrow's continuation of the peace conference on Yugoslavia in Brussels. "Slovenia will insist on equality of all successors of former federation, which is in agreement with the decision of Badinter arbitrary committee, stating that Yugoslavia disintegrated, it was not a case of secession of particular countries", stated the leader of the Slovenian delegation, President Milan Kučan on Friday.
