The conference on Yugoslavia continues

Ljubljana, 9 March - At an hour long discussion with Lord Carrington, at todays peace conference on Yugoslavia in Bruxelles, the President of Slovenia Milan Kučan repeated Slovenian demands, which are in accord with Badinter's arbitration committee. All six Yugoslav republics must have the same starting positions and rights in the matter of the legal heritage of former Yugoslavia, and these matters should be discussed within a special work-group.
