Ljubljana, 10 March - DNEVNIK: HOW AND WHERE? - The recent meeting of the governmental and assembly delegations offer three solutions to the economic crises: financing of the economy from foreign sources, direct investment of foreign capital, and the option of combined measures of economic policies, mainly monetary and exchange rate policies, writes Marjan Lekše, questioning further: What will Slovenia become in the near future? Will it be a financial base in this part of Europe, a free trade zone, or a jump board to the Yugoslav market and other east European markets and to the European markets on the other hand?
