Ljubljana, 10 March - VEČER: WHO DOES TIME WORK FOR? - The fundamental question in the Yugoslav crisis is the question of time and who it works for. An impartial observer would say that in reality it works for nobody. All parts of former Yugoslavia are facing an economic and, consequently, social breakdown, and that of necessity ends in the overthrow of every government, irrespective of its hues. Milošević, in particular, is in hot water and on that account apparently does not intend to engage in serious international negotiaiotns for as long as the economic sanctions against Serbia remain effective, comments Mirko Lorenci.
