Minister of Reconstruction on reconstruction of Croatia

Zagreb, 12 March - Croatian Minister of Reconstruction Slavko Degoricija stated, that ruined Croatian territories and some other parts of Croatia, which need help, will get loans from abroad. The loans will be guarantied by the state, but the citizens will also have to participate in reconstruction of the country with public works.
