Milan Kučan: The only solution to the Yugoslav crisis is legal succession

Ljubljana, 16 March - The leader of the Slovenian delegation at the Brussels peace conference, Milan Kučan, reported to the members of the Parliamentary Committee for International Affairs at today's session that the Brussels peace conference on Yugoslavia had definitely achieved progress, since it had become clear that the only solution to the Yugoslav crisis would be the procedure of state legal succession.
