Milan Kučan: The only solution to the Yugoslav crises is the legal heritage

Ljubljana, 16 March - At today's session of the Parliamentary Committee for International Relations the leader of the Slovenian delegation Milan Kučan responded to the doubts of the delegates, saying that the Bruxelles conference on Yugoslavia has definitely made some progress. It became clear that the only key to the solution of the Yugoslav crises is the process of the legal heritage of the state.
