Ljubljana, 17 March - DELO: A LONG WAY TILL THE ELECTIONS -The tournament for the new Prime Minister can begin again. It has become clear now that there will be no elections before spring. Forecasts came true. The interests of particular parties were to conflicting when the future legislation on a proportionality system was being prepared, says Jana Taškar. There was enough disharmony in small seemingly unimportant technical matters that Mr. Plut's coordination will have to get together and find, at least roughly, a mutual understanding on the matter of corrections of the proportionality system. Some more technical obstacles will probably appear, especially when the constitutional committee begins debates on the whole batch of laws. Quite possibly the new legislation will not suit anybody else but those who decide upon it.
