Dr. Dimitrij Rupel writes to CSCE Foreign Ministers
Ljubljana, 18 March - The Slovenian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Dimitrij Rupel, sent today a letter to all foreign ministers of the member states of CSCE with a request to support Slovenian membership in this international organization. Full membership of Slovenia in CSCE will be discussed in Helsinki next week.
