Government "Protects" Bezigrad Stadium
Ljubljana, 27 September - The Culture Ministry decided on Monday to declare the contentious Bezigrad Stadium in Ljubljana a cultural monument of state importance. The temporary act will disable any potential attempts of the local authorities to renovate the dilapidated venue for up to a year.
