Hidria Publishes Takeover Bid for Klimat
Ljubljana, 14 October - The Idrija-based Hidria holding, which currently holds a 49.49% stake in the air-conditioning equipment manufacturer IMP Klimat, on Friday published a takeover bid for all of Klimat, offering SIT 2,500 (EUR 10.44) per share. The bid runs out on 11 November.
