ICTY to Wait Around for Karadzic, Mladic and Gotovina, Del Ponte Says
Ljubljana, 15 October - The International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) is set to be shut down in 2010. Speaking for the daily Delo, chief prosecutor Carla Del Ponte said that the prosecution is working hard to ensure that it meets the deadlines. However, Del Ponte pointed out that everything depends on the capture of war suspects Ratko Mladic, Radovan Karadzic and Ante Gotovina.
