Minority to Take Austria to Human Rights Court, Official Says

Ljubljana, 15 October - The head of a Slovenian minority organisation in the Austrian province of Carinthia has announced that the organisation intends to take Austria to the European Court of Human Rights over its failure to safeguard the Slovenian minority.
