Maribor, 24 October - The prosecution has lodged an appeal at the Higher Court of Maribor against the acquittal of five defendants suspected of attacking journalist Miro Petek, commercial broadcaster POP TV reported on Monday. The Maribor District State Prosecution demands a reversal of the acquittal and a retrial.
