Mrak Calls for Panel of Experts to Reform EU Budget

Ljubljana, 25 October - It would be wise for the EU Council to push for the establishment of a team of independent experts who would deal with the EU budget 2007-2013 after its adoption, a Slovenian financial expert suggests in Tuesday's edition of the daily Delo.
