Ljubljana, 25 October - Slovenia's 800 m indoor world record holder Jolanda Ceplak underwent Achilles' heel surgery at the Austrian hospital in Schruns on Monday, Robert Wagner, the manager of the world class runner, confirmed on Tuesday.
