Slovenia and Ten Other EU Members Oppose Radical Sugar Reform
Luxembourg, 25 October - A radical sugar reform is unacceptable for 11 EU countries, including Slovenia, as it will "destroy sugar production in some and increase it in other regions", the member states wrote in a letter to the EU Agriculture Commissioner Mariann Fischer Boel.
