President Drnovsek Urges Breakthrough on EU Budget Talks

Ljubljana, 27 October - President Janez Drnovsek has called for a breakthrough in negotiations on the EU's budget. The absence of a breakthrough would jeopardise the constitution which the Union urgently needs if it is to function efficiently, Drnovsek told the press on Thursday, saying it was "high time to act."
