31 October - World Savings Day

Ljubljana, 31 October - The final day in October is World Savings Day and presents an opportunity to examine some shifts in people's saving habits. According to Darko Bohnec, vice-governor of the Bank of Slovenia, the traditional perception of Slovenians as thrifty remains justified.
