Gorenje Posts Lower Profit in First Nine Months

Velenje, 28 October - Home appliance group Gorenje generated net sales revenues of SIT 108.9bn (EUR 454,6m) in the first nine months of 2005, a rise of 4.1% on last year. Net profit, however, fell by 20.9% to SIT 1.3bn (EUR 5.4m), which is 54.4% of the planned profit for 2005, the company has said.
