Rupel Congratulates Iraq on Constitution Referendum
Ljubljana, 28 October - Slovenian FM Dimitrij Rupel sent Friday a letter to his Iraqi counterpart Hoshyar Zebari, congratulating him on a successful referendum on the constitution, which was held on 15 October, the Foreign Ministry said today.
