Ljubljana, 6 November - The government adopted the blueprint for the social and economic reforms aimed at boosting Slovenia's competitiveness. Implementation of the measures is to be coordinated by a minister without portfolio. The European Commission commended Slovenia on the state of its preparations for the 2007 euro changeover, while grocer Era decided to quit the Slovenian market, selling its assets to top grocer Mercator.
