CoE Committee Criticises Passive Policing and Slow Prosecution
Ljubljana, 8 November - Slovenia's legislative system in the area of preventing money laundering is well laid out, however, passive policing and slowness of the prosecution and the courts prevent efficient discovery of such activities, according to the Council of Europe (CoE).
