FM Rupel Writes to Austrian FM Over Slovenian Minority Priotest

Ljubljana, 10 November - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel wrote a letter to his Austrian counterpart Ursula Plassnik, expressing hope that between them they will be able to prevent any escalation of Thursday's protest of a member of Slovenian minority in the Austrian province of Carinthia.
