Flat Tax Is a Means, Not an End, Reform Committee Member Says

Ljubljana, 11 November - A member of the government's reform committee told Delo that the controversial flat tax is a means not an end. It is designed to ease the tax burden on labour and make the economy more competitive, Andrej Sircelj told the daily on Friday.
