Ljubljana, 12 November - Slovenia's leading serious daily says that by taking Slovenia to the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) over undelivered electricity from the jointly-owned Nuclear Power Plant Krsko (NEK) Croatia has once again taken a measure of which it should be ashamed.
