Rupel Attends CoE Ministerial; Meets with Serbia-Montenegro FM

Strasbourg, 17 November - FM Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman-in-office, on Wednesday took part in the meeting of the Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers in Strasbourg. After the meeting, he held talks with his counterpart from Serbia-Montenegro, Vuk Draskovic, the Foreign Ministry has said.
