NOVA GORICA - The coalition New Slovenia (NSi) is to elect a new leader and vote on its programme at a party congress that gets underway at 9 AM. In elections for president, delegates will have a choice between incumbent Andrej Bajuk and outsider Franc Vovk. (STA)
