Report Suggests State's Presence in Companies Still Too Strong

Ljubljana, 19 November - A report on corporate governance in companies listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) has found that the role of the state in governance is still too strong, be it directly or through the state-controlled Restitution Fund (SOD) or Pension Fund Management (KAD).
