Ljubljana, 26 November - EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana promised to help Slovenia and Croatia resolve their bilateral issues last week, the week in which participating states of the OSCE, which is chaired by Slovenia this year, managed to agree a new scale of budget contributions, something that Russia was rather dissatisfied with. PM Janez Jansa and FM Dimitrij Rupel were in Slovakia for a CEI summit, while the New Slovenia reelected Andrej Bajuk its leader and positioned itself as a centrist Christian-Democratic party.
